Outsourcing will continue

To create new high-skilled jobs, energy is very promising aspect. An overhaul of the electricity grid can generate employment-report by Satish Kumar Singh Developing countries like India, China and Philippines are striving for employment. They are not capable to provide jobs to their youths. Consequently, brain-drain is common feature in these countries. In other words, youths are compelled to go abroad for employment. During Presidential election in USA, in a speech, US President Barack Obama had said that he is not in favour of outsourcing, because Americans are themselves facing unemployment catastrophe. Thus, latest change in view of the US President regarding his disinclination to stop outsourcing is welcome move for developing countries. Now, he is interested in creating high-skilled, high-paying jobs, which cannot be off-shored. But, along with this progress, he will not bring back the low-wage, low-skilled jobs outsourced to countries like India and China. Obviously, change in his mindset is a big relief to thousands of youths in countries like India, China and Philippines, where American companies have to outsource their work.

According to Obama, it probably may not be good for our economy, because through this decision, we will deprive American youths from employment. In spite of that Obama is hopeful for a cluster of these jobs to come back because, there is no way that people could be getting paid a living wage on some of these jobs. In this regard, a question arises, when can American people expect jobs that have been outsourced to other countries to come back and be made available to the unemployed here in the US? Well, for solving this problem Obama is ready to create new jobs for American youths. Though, he is creating its alternatives, yet he has also answer of this question. As per his opinion, not all of these jobs are going to come back. What we have got to do is create new jobs that can't be outsourced.

Further Obama said that it is very hard to hang on to outsource jobs because there is always a country out there that pays lower wages than US.As indicated by Obama, to create new high-skilled jobs, energy is very promising aspect. Actually, an overhaul of the electricity grid can generate employment. De facto Obama is serious about it.In this regard he said before media persons that we are talking about a smart grid. Smart grid is unique feature for employment generation.

He is too enthused about it. As per his opinion, through this, we have got an entirely new set of technologies and huge demands in terms of energy. In a speech, Obama also asked Americans to have some patience as he works towards revival of economy and new jobs start appearing in the market. According to him, we are going to have to be patient and persistent about job creation, because American people have not lost all the jobs in this recession. Undoubtedly, we are still going to be in a difficult time for much of this year. In present circumstances, employment is typically what is called a lagging indicator.

However, Obama has many challenges. Unemployment is one of them. But outsourcing is compulsion of American companies. Along with this, it is also big stimulus of American economy. In fact, low paid labour is big source of their income. Less expenditure over manpower is their main policy in this connection. Just opposite of this fact, outsourcing is boon for developing countries. Many developing countries are still facing population.
